about

A warm little kitchen companion. Built for a weeknight.

Pimyu is a personal food companion for India: an AI you talk to about dinner, groceries and the week, who remembers what you like and only ever orders with your say-so.

What Pimyu does

Not an ordering app. A conversation with a companion that knows what you like. You tell Pimyu what sounds good; Pimyu remembers your tastes and habits, plans meals around your pantry and your budget, finds recipes from people who cook like you, and builds the basket. Then it is over to you. You approve, or you say not now.

  • Memory. Loves, habits and avoids, all visible to you, all editable, all clearable in one tap.
  • Planning. A week of meals around what you already have, a budget you set, and a pantry that updates itself from what you order and what you cook.
  • Ordering with approval. Every order shows its total first, needs your Approve, and can be undone for 7 seconds after.
  • Voice, in English. Speak naturally, then review and edit the transcript before sending it.

What Pimyu is not

Pimyu is not a restaurant, not a store and not a delivery service. Orders are fulfilled by the delivery platform that carries the restaurant or the store, and you pay that platform directly on its own payment page. Pimyu does not hold your payment. During free early access, Pimyu adds no per-order fee.

Pimyu is also an AI, and an AI can be wrong. That is why Pimyu asks before every order, why every suggestion says why it fits you, and why a person is always within reach: a named grievance officer is listed under Settings in the app, and every message can be reported with a long press.

Who is behind Pimyu

Pimyu is made in India by Myrmidon Studio, a sole proprietorship, and is built by one person with a lot of care and a lot of dal. The legal entity, the grievance officer and the registered address are on the contact page and the grievance page.

What it costs

Pimyu is free during early access with a daily message limit. During free early access, Pimyu adds no per-order fee. The pricing page has the details.
