Delete your Pimyu account
You can ask us to delete your Pimyu account from here, without reinstalling the app. We will send a one-time code to the email address the account uses to verify that you control it. If you cannot use that address, contact support below.

Account, chat and order records are scheduled for purge 180 days after your request. This is our current retention arrangement; not every item is subject to the same legal retention duty. Taste memory, pantry, plans, recipe activity, push preferences and your delivery-account link are cleared in the first stage. Audit, consent, complaint and request records may remain separately for legal, security and dispute purposes, and backup copies may persist until their retention cycle ends. Pimyu is free. There is nothing to cancel before you delete, and nothing keeps billing you afterwards. If you think you were ever charged, write to us at support@pimyu.com.

Your request goes to Pimyu's API. Our authentication and email providers process the details needed to verify your account and deliver the code.
