Questions about Pimyu.

Who delivers my order?

Your delivery platform does. Pimyu helps you decide and places the order on the platform with your approval.

How do I pay?

In your own UPI app, by scanning a QR, or cash at the door where the platform offers it. Pimyu never holds your money.

Money was debited but the order failed, or I want a refund.

Payments and refunds are handled by the delivery platform and your bank. Open the order and tap the platform's help; Pimyu cannot see or move your money.

The payment link did not open or the app got stuck.

That is on us. Open the order and tap "mail support", the order reference is filled in for you.

Can I cancel an order?

Before placement, use Not now or the 7-second Undo. After placement, use the delivery platform's support route. Availability and fees depend on its terms and the order's progress; Pimyu cannot guarantee cancellation.

Why do I need to link my delivery account?

Orders are placed on your own account so your addresses, offers and order history stay yours.

What does Pimyu remember about me?

Your tastes, allergies and pantry, so it can help you better. You can see and delete all of it from settings.

How do I delete my account?

Request deletion from Settings or the web deletion page. Taste memory is cleared immediately after a successful request. Account details and chats are scheduled for deletion after 180 days; restricted records and legal-hold exceptions follow the privacy policy.

Is Pimyu free?

Yes, free early access with a daily message limit.

Which languages?

English at launch.

Can Pimyu's AI get things wrong?

Yes. Suggestions, ingredient information and voice transcription can be incomplete or mistaken. Review the items, total and delivery details before approving an order. Taste memory is a preference aid, not an allergy-safety guarantee; check ingredients and preparation directly with the restaurant or manufacturer when an allergy matters.

Use support to report an unsafe or incorrect suggestion. Pimyu does not replace professional medical or dietary advice.
